Bucky’s Taxidermy is a family business operated by the artist himself, Jeff Knapp.  Jeff has been a Master Taxidermist and wildlife artist for over thirty years.  Early in his career, Jeff trained under several world champion taxidermists while spending countless hours studying wildlife: whitetail deer, birds, mammals, fish, and many more big game species.  This meticulous education, including extensive photography, can be seen in the detailed and realistic qualities of Knapp’s mounts.  This thoroughness has seen Knapp awarded over the years, including Blue Ribbon and Best of Show honors.  Knapp’s work is viewable at Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Gander Mountain, and Dick’s Sporting Goods stores nationwide.
